Order tracking

Every order is issued a reference at submission. Quote it and we will tell you exactly which stage your consignment has reached.

Every wholesale order placed through this site is issued an order reference in the format RM-YYMMDD-XXXXX — shown on screen the moment the order is submitted and repeated in the confirmation email. That reference identifies your order at every stage that follows, from proforma invoice through to arrival, and quoting it is the fastest way to get an accurate status answer.

How to check your order status

  1. Find your order reference (or the invoice number, if a proforma has already been issued).
  2. Email [email protected], call +82 10-1167-7226, or message WhatsApp +66 96 413 7485, quoting that reference.
  3. Our team confirms the current stage, the carrier where one is appointed, and the expected window.

The stages an order moves through

Wholesale consignments are not parcels, and "where is my order" has a different answer at each stage. Knowing which stage you are in tells you what can and cannot be changed.

What each stage means for a wholesale consignment
StageWhat is happening
Order receivedYour submission has reached our sales team. Nothing is committed and the product mix can still change freely.
VerificationWe confirm availability for the specific lines, the carton configuration for each, and the shelf-life position of the stock we would ship.
Proforma invoiceA formal offer covering goods, terms and freight. This is the last point at which changes cost nothing.
Payment receivedSettled by TT bank transfer. No payment is ever collected through this website.
PreparationGoods are picked and palletised. Our preparation window is 7–10 days preparation.
Loading and departureThe consignment loads ex Laem Chabang Port, Thailand. Shipping documents are issued around this point.
In transitCarrier tracking applies from here. Sea transit runs 45–60 days; air freight 7–14 days.
Arrival and clearanceCustoms clearance at destination is handled by you or your broker, using the documents supplied.

What you receive with each shipment

The documentary set travels with the consignment and is what your broker needs to clear it. Which items apply depends on your destination — confirm the requirement before the first order rather than on arrival.

  • Commercial invoice — what was sold, to whom, at what value and on what terms.
  • Packing list — the consignment broken into cartons and pallets, line by line.
  • Certificate of origin — country of manufacture, which can also determine preferential duty.
  • Bill of lading or air waybill — the transport contract, and for an original B/L the document of title.
  • Health or free-sale certificates — on request, where your market requires them.

Tracking once the goods are moving

Once a consignment is dispatched we send the carrier's tracking reference alongside the shipping documents. Container tracking is then done through the carrier or your freight forwarder, who can see berth and discharge information we cannot. For a sea consignment the useful checkpoints are departure, transhipment where applicable, arrival at the destination port, and release after clearance — not daily movement.

If something looks wrong on arrival

Inspect before the stock is put away, while the connection to the delivery is still clear: count against the packing list, record the date marking and batch code, and check cartons for crushing, tearing or water staining. Photograph anything questionable with the carton markings visible and tell us at once, quoting your reference. Our guide to shelf life and storage sets out the full receiving check, and the refunds and cancellation policy covers what happens next.

There is no self-service tracking portal on this site. Wholesale consignments move through freight forwarders and carriers rather than a parcel network, so status requests are answered directly by the sales team using the contact details above. See shipping and delivery for what is quoted separately, and the ordering process guide for the full sequence.
